Hey guys just wondering if anyone has any insite into using an icebank chiller to serve your beer so that there is no need to cool the kegs. I understand the problems associated with bacteria etc I am more concerned with serving pressure and corbonation.
For example if I am serving a beer that needs 2.0 Vols.CO2 and the keg is at 18 deg C. then I would need 20psi of line pressure. I will have a font with pressure regulators also so I can drop the pressure before it leaves the tap.
Am I going to be succesfull in getting a good pour???
How would I calculate minimum line lengths diameters etc?
thanks
