I'm also interested in these smooth wall babies, looks like the original poster never found the answer, apart from whole lot of discouragement on how dangerous glass is. PM if you have one and want to sell it.

Nothing to do with me, but i saw these Carboy's on ebay and thought some one might be interested. They even have the basket to make them a little safer.
