It's been way too hot up here of late , few 46c days and weeks of over 40c

So what happens? I get hot and shitty , but my chest freezer that lives on the patio dies , it just could not keep up.

Was my best fermenting control :angry:

Now I am down to just one fridge , that means one brew at a time
