G'day all
I'm about to rack off my Oktoberfest into a keg for lagering and thought that I'd drop a traditional bock on top of the Wyeast Munich Lager yeastcake. The recipe below is a little inspired by Jamil's recipe but then I have tweaked it after looking at some of the recipes on the Recipe DB. Anyway, what do you think of this below? Comments gratefully received...
Cheers
