Hey folks,

I have a toucan IPA due to be racked to secondary nowish and being a total noob regrding beer styles and hops etc, I was after some advice as to what I should dry hop with, and how much. I have the following hops on hand:

* Cluster
* Cascade
* Tettnang
* Amarillo
* Styrian goldings
* Willamette

I was thinking 25 grams each of cascade and amarillo...

The two cans were coopers IPA and coopers lager made up to 23 litres with no other ingredients, it will come in at 59.7 IBU according to a spreadsheet which I probably got from somewhere on these forums so I assume it is accurate :)

Cheers!

those hops would be my choice as well. 50g shoud gve you a nice hoppy aroma!
also looks like that will be one bitter beer. guessing around the 5.0-5.5%abv?

According to the same spreadsheet 5.3% once bottled. QBrew says 4.4% though... Not really concered about alcohol though, I'm bad and don't even use a hydrometer to check it properly. I rack all my beers to secondary for 14 days so not worried about bottle bombs etc.
