Hey folks,
I have a toucan IPA due to be racked to secondary nowish and being a total noob regrding beer styles and hops etc, I was after some advice as to what I should dry hop with, and how much. I have the following hops on hand:
* Cluster
* Cascade
* Tettnang
* Amarillo
* Styrian goldings
* Willamette
I was thinking 25 grams each of cascade and amarillo...
The two cans were coopers IPA and coopers lager made up to 23 litres with no other ingredients, it will come in at 59.7 IBU according to a spreadsheet which I probably got from somewhere on these forums so I assume it is accurate![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
