Haven't tried this recipe yet but thought I would post it anyway.
The recipe is for 50L so just adjust to what you need.

Xtra Dry
4L Light lager malt (Muntons)
0.5L Glucose
2.5kg Dextrose
100g Crystal malt grain
40g Northern Brewer hop pellets (Bittering)
40g Halletau hops pellets (Aroma)
10g Irish Moss
15g Yeast nutrient
25g Lager yeast

1.045 OG
1.008 FG
5% Alcohol
86% Apparent degree of fermentation
3.7 Colour (SRM)
15 IBU's

Steep grain in kettle (95degC) for 15min in grain bag
Remove grain bag and collect 500ml water for yeast starter. Cool. Add yeast.
Bring water to boil
Add bittering hops and boil for 30min.
Add aroma hops and boil for 5min.
Chill to fermenting temp and pitch yeast.

If anyone trys this recipe let us all know how it goes.

A quick question - when you steep the grain, how much water do you steep it in? somewhere between 2 & 4 Litres?
Do you know how close this is to the original?
Cheers.

I can't imagine it being very close, it looks as though it would have far too much flavour.

The grain bag is thrown in to the brewing kettle, so for a 25L brew, 50g crystal malt grain steeped in 25L water.

The recipe can't be too bad as I think you will find the recipe VERY similar to that in one of those brew-on-premisis places.
