I had a couple of 1kg tubs of Amber ME for an upcoming Mash/Extract Barleywine sitting on the front seat of the wife's **new** car. Decide to take a qick right-hand turn up a freeway ramp and one of the tubs tips over on the front seat. :eek:

You guessed it. Inside temp of the car was at least 30c lid flies off and the ME goes all over the seat and down onto the floor of the car like lava.

Man did SWMBO kill me that day. :lol: Four years on I still find traces of the mess when I'm vacuuming the car out as part of my punishment. :ph34r:

Which Home brew store do you reccommend for an extract brewer then. Does grain and grape provide fresh extract at a good price.
and what does IIRC stand for?
