As Brad requested from the " give me money to brew beer thread.."

I just know this wont end well

I like to give homeless people money because they're generally honest as to their intentions. Gofundme accounts are a different matter.

Really?
Small things amuse small minds I guess.

Enjoy while it lasts. I'll be keeping well away.

Can I start a bastardised I want money thread for my two autistic kids, it'll save me going to work 2 days a week just to pay for their speech and OT, this will give my poor wife the break she needs as I will be here to help her. I really went into the wrong career path when it takes 2 shifts to pay for 4 hours of said therapy! **** brad and his ********, live like the rest of us and make it on your own! Smart ass comments... Brad I think your a ******... Derogatory, your a ******* halfwit who can't find his way into a job when handed one, do I want to chef? No. Wake the **** up and be a dish pig. There are plenty of positions available and the pay is ok, oh sorry it's not brewing but it's near beer, if you had an RSA you could serve some.... End of rant, but really why do I need to rant this bloke is obviously higher than a hippy on the 3rd day of an open air concert.

I now work in a kitchen coming off big money on the machines to be at home. My son is 24 hour care, my daughter not as much. We make do with what we now have but I am home except for nights. Sometimes lifestyle needs to be changed to accommodate family issues. My baby seems not to be autistic so we have luck here. The family is complete to both our specs but it was a big decision to have the third.

I hate getting choked up writing a post but this dick head needs to know there are other people out there in worse situations than him. If he was employable would he not be employed...

I actually ran what I said by the misses before posting, a new thing for me. With the thread locked I see no other avenue to vent my anger and frustration.

Get the **** off the dole any means necessary and stop collecting our collective tax, be real about your situation, stop lying to us and yourself, you have admitted you have no skills in the area. Put money in your pocket another way and use the left over like the rest of us to retrain etc.

Well said Pilchard...

I want to own a Brewery to...but unfortunatly having to work for a living has ended that dream.

Wonder how many of us would love it if someone funded our breweries instead of having to work ....

The other question is...what happens if you do get crowd funding and your brewery goes no where...going to be some pissed off funders.

Here here...That is the best post I have read so far in both threads.

If you started a crowdfund project to pay for equipment or therapy for your children I wouldnt hesistate to send money.

If he can't piece together some money for brew gear how will he afford books, and uni fees? The Grad Cert tuition fees are $9,300 and if you want to go onto the Grad Dip it's $18,600. Not to mention books and other course materials.

I'll be interested to see if next year he is actually enrolled at Ballarat Uni in the course. My guess is we wont ever see it.

I don't know what kicked this off, but I like this thread already - if only because Stu started it :p

Need another shot of penicillin then Stu?

I've never bought a bottle of clout. I can't justify the cost, I don't have that kind of cash!

It's interesting when a post pops up on your Facebook news feed with certain people mentioning they've had seven bottles of it... Kind of makes you think.
