Earlier today I had a consultation with a doctor who is prescribing a CBD+THC+Terpene mix for me. Apparently it's a good idea to boost terpene intake on an as-needed basis. There are products one can buy, which have terpene extracts, but they cost $$$ for a minuscule amount. On the other hand, hops are a great source of all the good stuff that they put in - Limonene, L-Theanine, Beta-Caryophyllene, Myrcene & Linalool.
Has anyone been using hop pellets for sleep / stress / pain / inflammation management? Any tips? From what I gather, heat is not a good option for extracting undamaged terpenes. How about some form of cold extraction? I'd like to minimise the amount of alcohol I ingest. Or do I just chew the pellets?
