Hey all im new to the forum been brewing for a while now and found this site

my little buggers pale ale

5kg briess pale ale malt
500grms JWM caramalt
500grms global caramel malt ( just had it left over)

30 grms american cascade at start of the boil

30 grms 30 min in to the boil

15 grms at the end

boil for 60 min
Will make 25L batch

Sounds like a good recipe.

I wouldn't make the 30 min Cascade addition. Just move it to the end, or 5 mins from the end. No reason to let all of those nice grapefruity aromatics escape during the boil.
