Stupid Keg Question

Guys,

Got a keg about a year ago. Just started brewing again - but haven't used kegs - 19L soda keg.

The stupid question is - there is some black discolourisation at the bottom of the keg - inside. Is this normal - or have I got a cleaning issue - don't think getting down to the bottom of the keg woudl be easy?

Cleaning issue. it should be shiny stainless steel. Soak it in nappy-san for a day then scrub with a long-handled bottle washer.

That PBW would take **** off a blanket given enough time I reckon, bloody great stuff, although a bit exy, I still use it for those pricks of stains, and just use un-scented napi-san for the rest.
