I have a fairly simple question I think?
I've just started kegging.
I have 2 in the fridge and 4 spares ready for some juice.
can I fill the kegs then chill and carb and then remove from the fridge and store at ambient temps say 22-24?
thanks in advance
ken

Yes.

Temperature will affect co2 absorption and release.

Temperature also increases the rate of chemical reactions, including staling reactions (although being under pressure with CO2 and out of light will reduce the rate too).

I don't have room in my fridge for all the kegs I have.

Hi Ken,
Some CO2 will come out of solution as the beer warms to 22-24.
But put it on the gas when you put it back in the fridge and will be good to go after a day or so.
Cheers,
Jake.

thanks fellas
I might see if I can build a box out of ply and insulation to hold about 8 kegs nice and neat in the corner
cheers
ken
