Ok Guys,

I`ve got my 1st batch under way and have my leftover fermentables in sealed plastic containers.

Dried Malt (dark & light), Dextrose, a couple of yeast satchels, Coopers Brew sugar etc

Do I throw them in my brew cupboard or the fridge/freezer?

Thanks Again.

Dried fermentables - (Malt, dextrose, coopers brew sugar) in the cupboard.
Best to store the yeast in the fridge.

Hops in the fridge or cupboard ? Also any idea how long they last.

Hops should be kept in the freezer. Dispel as much of the air in the bag as possible, before freezing.

Cheers Damo

hops in the freezer
extract in the fridge
dry malt in the cupboard
yeast in the fridge

good luck
