In Case it something else all together do you bulk prime your kegs? Any chance you used salt by mistake.

You know I've never been impressed with the filtering results since I got it and its second hand. Might be worth starting over with a new filter cartridge. And I'll have a look for 8-12mm adapters advice got plenty of 12mm hose and I'd rather waste water to clean than waste 20L of it in an undrinkabke beer!

Nope, I only bulk prime if I'm bottling a beer that lends itself to being aged. Also salt tastes a lot better!
