Slow Ferment?

Just an update to say the SG is still dropping thankfully. Down to 1.022 after 9.5 days. 9 more points to go.

I doubt it will get down to 1013 with all that malt and maltodextrin, I'd say about 1018 would be the target :icon_cheers:

huh. Beersmith gave me an FG of 1.013, but checking it with the liquorcraft calc I get the same as you... I thought 1.013 was a bit low because of the 1.2kgs of malt.

Anyone have any ideas as to why Beersmith would give the lower figure?? I'm guessing I've got something setup incorrectly.

I should add in beersmith the coopers kit has been configured with a potential SG of 1.035 and the LDME 1.044.
