Well it took me ages to get around to doing one of these and it turned out to be a cracker. I made just a std. Hefe and added 500ml of the Cascade Raspbeery cordial. Its 25% or 30% real fruit. As it has preservatives in it I added the 500mls to the fermenter after fermentation incase it killed the yeast. But it was no problem. The 500mls added 300g of sugar to the brew and she fired up again for a couple of days and finished at 1.010.
Anyway this is a great beer, with just a hint of Rasberry. No colour change, maybe a shade more cloudy colour.
I would recomend this to anyone after a great summer thirst quencher.
I fermented it at 22 deg C and pitched at 26. Have done a few with the WB-06 and comes up a treat.

sweet, I've been thinking about making another raspberry, this looks mighty fine. Though I will be using frozen homegrown raspberries.

did you have many sparging problems with all that wheat?

No, I threw in a few handfulls of rice hulls. Great beer to!
