Accidently saw this tonight - it was great ! home made bread in a wood fire, olive farm showing pressing, blending n bottling, then spaghetti alla vongole finishing with cannoli filled with fresh ricotta. awesome !

Great, I wonder what they are going to put in the 8.30pm slot to replace James and Oz' great wine adventures? Hopefully, James and Oz' great Beer adventures?

I think James and Oz were the 8pm slot, and that is Costa's gardening/beard fest now. He is on a 13 week run too, it seems...

Edit: As for Food Safari, missed the start but came in at the end of the bread baking. Was great, esp seeing the cannoli being made from scratch.
