Australian novice brewer here. Have been brewing for about 6-8 months from mostly extracts and really enjoying it. Have probably brewed around 500-600l of cider and beer by now. Looking forward to hopefully learning a few things here, as I have from browsing threads from Google already.

I'm really hoping people still use forums these days .

Welcome. You'd be hard pressed to find whitegoods not made in China in the past...yonks. Yes some of us still use forums, plenty of info about.
