Brewer's Notes

The flaked oates is really flaked barley [organic], the mash was a rest at 52c for 40min,66c for 60min, batch sparge at 78c. Dry hopped 2nd with 12g Amarillo. my OG was 1065 and FG 1015 same as above. Not a true AAA with EKG and Nottingham, but I like it.

Update 18/7 replaced the Nottingham with Wyeast1332 and used Simco, Cascade and Amarillo for much better yanky beer.
