Brewer's Notes

Brewed for the Qld Xmas in July case - 'A liquid poem to the glory of the hop'
Finishing gravity 1018 = 8.9% Alc -
Used US56 dry yeast fermented at 17c
56gms Centeenial added at flame out & allowed to steep for 30 minutes.
56gms Centeenial added in secondary for 5 days
