This is my belgian pale ale recepie so far.... Im a little stuck on a good choice of yeast was thinking maybe belgian ale 1214?

also has anybody got any ideas for a good bittering hop for this style (ignore my 60min addition) to use in conjunction with the saaz??

any advice appreciated!
