I have a few bits of grain and hops left over after a few batches what do you reckon about throwing these together

6kg JW Pilsner
1kg JW Wheat
0.35kg Caramunich
0.70kg Carapils
0.20kg Munich

60g Hallertau
35g Saaz

any suggestions with hop times would be appreciated.

Was hoping to use WLP810 Sanfrancisco Lager.

Thanks.
Thomas

Use all of the malt in one brew.

What are the alpha acids on the hops? Saaz has been low lately, so maybe bitter with the hallertau at 60mins and add 20 g of saaz at 20mins and 15g at flame out?

Your yeast will go well in this beer

The hops are saaz 3.2% and the hallertau 4.2%. I was thinking to use the hallertau to bitter and saaz for flavour. See how I go with this yeast I believe it can get quite fruity if you use its higher temps up to 18c so I'll try and keep the temps under 15. This will by my first all grain lager so still not real sure about how much of certain grains is too much or not enough etc. Sounds good thanks for the help.
