Reality check???
What is your budget?
A lot of the suburbs mentioned need big $$$$'s
Are you willing to save the world (& your wallet) a little bit & use public transport?
If you are, find a home in a suburb near Lutwyche that is near a bus stop\railway station.
My youngest (unmarried), works in town, has just bought an older style home in Brighton on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Needs a bit of a tart up (the house, not my boy :p ) but is a 5 minute drive to Sandgate railway station & an easy cruise to work. this is what you need to consider here. Brissie's road problems are escalating. :(

Gday Quincy

I think that peak hour from Albany Creek to Lutwych on a bad day could take an hour!
Just letting you know.

IF you are walking maybe....

I get from Strathpine to Acacia Ridge during peak time in around an hour.... I reckon Albany Creek to Lutwyche would be a 20 minute drive, and probably only 15 mins if you ride a bike (pedal power or other)
