Looking to use up a few random ingredients I have laying around. I have come up with the following:

70% JW pale
24% Wey Minuch 1
5% Torrified Wheat
1% JW Dark Crystal

OG 1.055 - Mash at 66 for 60 mins

Centenial @60 - 15IBU
Nelson Sauvin @60 - 10IBU
Centenial @20 - 5IBU
Styrian Goldings @20 - 3IBU
Cascade @20 - 3IBU
Saaz @ 20 - 3.5IBU
Pearle @ 20 - 10IBU

All the 20 minute additions will be at flame out as it will be no chilled. Works out to around 80g hops at flameout.
Approx 50 IBU in Beersmith

I have plenty of lager yeast however the recipe reads more like an ale so im looking for ideas on a liquid ale yeast that may work well. Only ever used dry ale yeast previously which is a bit limited. Would like to try a different yeast to US05.

Any feedback/thoughts appreciated
cheers

I used wy1028 in a strangely similar beer not long ago (cararye in place of the wheat, some hop difference but enough similarity to compare) and it worked pretty well, IMO.

Another vote for Wyeast 1272 (American Ale II).

It adds the grin factor (as Jayse calls it) that is missing from US05/WY1056.
