great looking setup, I'm in the process of trying to put mine together at the moment. Looking at your digram of flows would i be right in assuming that you batch sparge? JUst checking that I'm reading your flows correctly is all. I have my kettle, tun and HLT ready to go, just trying to work out the plumbing at the moment.

Hey Pumpy, I notice you go straight from the tun to pump, no grant in between, do you have any drams with pump "sucking" too much and compacting the grain bed?

Grabman no I have not had any problems without a grant It ticks over like a cheap watch


I have not done any wheat beers in it mainly English bitters and brown ales & lagers
