Here is my revised brewery following inspiration reading Justins single tier brewery and Linzs Brewery whom I copied the ball valve arrangement.

VERY very nice pumpy I might have to do a clone of your brewstand

pumpy what sort of burners are you using for your HLT and Kettle

They are from a couple of old LPG water heaters

Pumpy

Pic of inside of Wort Boiler , I use lead freee solder on the copper pipe

Pickup tube in water boiling kettle to reach bottle of kettle

Chippy ,
I put the lables on to help understand what is happening ,but all the pump does is transfer the water to the tun by underletting ( to do this I have to move one of the quick connects .)

Then I can mash reconnect the tube and recirculate the wort until it clears I use the immersion heater at present to correct the wort temperature but working on an alternative .

Then I pump the wort to the worrt boiler kettle.

pumpy do those burners work well and are they still available from somewhere

Blue- Underlet
Green- Sparge
Red -Recirculate wort
Yellow- wort to boiler

Franko mine were second hand you may be better with the Mongolian typeburner much cheaper

That's a work of art Pumpy, well done mate. :)

Just a stupid question though if I may... Did you mix up the pics of the inside of your boiler and HLT? It seems your pickup tubes would be odd. The boiler tube goes right to the bottom of the centre to pull every drop and conversely your HLT pickup runs off the side.

Continuity fault?

Thanks Warren ,

The Right angled pick up tube is in what I call the 'Kettle' this pics up all every single drop of the water ,
The curved one is in what I call the HLT (my terminology may be wrong) but there will be two tubes in that one that whirlpools from the pump and the other which removes the wort by gravity.

The Two big white buttons on the top left connect by PVC tubes to the 'Air switch' box an electrical box with two GPOs (General power outlets) which I plug my Immersion heater in and the Pump from this box ,
The buttons enable me to control the pump or the immersion heater without having a normal electrical switch around liquids plus it is all close to the action without bending down or being dangerous . they have been great .

I removed for the pics the Covers for the pump and GPO.s to avoid splashes but dont have much problem as located pump under the Kettle or water heater.

Thanks again Warren , :)

I must confess the ideas have come from the members on the AHB site , I have just read them and worked it all out, so I hope my pics will help someone else .
I am sure if I can do it others can if they set thier mind to it !
