Hi guys.
I'm about to start all grain brewing and plan to do it entirely from my garage, I was unable to get a sink installed so I picked up a portable one from Masters for $200, it only uses cold water my hot water will come from an urn. I bought a food grade hose and brass fittings. My only concern was possible contamination but I will sanitize with idophor before and after each use. I will mostly be using it for chilling the wort and to top up kettle, fermenter ect. Can anyone see any other problems I may have overlooked?
