Pope inline tap?

Looking for a cheap fix.... would a Pope plastic inline tap be safe for use in the MT recirc system??

I'd suggest not, given the temps you'll be running at. Cold would be ok, but once you start to get above 50 degrees you'll likely start pulling plastic flavours out, which I'm guessing you're not after?
