OK, I'm looking for some recipes for a lager that I can leave in cold storage while I am overseas. So... does anyone have some good lager recipes that are partial mash??

How much grain can you mash? the more you can do the better it will be...

Well if you can mash 5kg why not go the whole hog and do an all grain.

Even if you cannot boil the whole lot you can always plan the brew to be topped up with water at the end. I did this a few times at the start when I only had a 20 litre pot and it worked a treat

Cheers!

Well, I don't quite have everything I need to do an all grain batch quite yet...
