Is there any issue swapping out 100g of choc malt in a recipe for 200g of Pale chocolate malt?
I've read allot of caution should be used with choc malt, is pale a safer option?
Just check on what the change in colour will be in the recipe Anthony. If the choc is twice the colour rating of pale then no probs. If your not concerned about the colour then don't worry about it, chuck it in. What is the beer your'e making?
