Ot: Religion Poll

I was inspired by the "When 2yr olds help Dad" thread and one of the OT discussions in it to find out a little more about what my fellow brewers believe in. I wish to make it clear that I'm not looking to start any sort of war - I'm just curious.

I'll start the ball rolling. I was raised christian but was never comfortable with it. I have been an atheist for almost my entire adult life.

An interesting side benefit to being an atheist is that the door-to-door prosteletizers never come back after you tell them no thanks, but I'm not a christian.

That can mean a lot of things... Could you narrow it down? My old man claims says he's pagan, but he just uses in the broad sense in that he isn't Christian, Jewish, or Islamic...

I agree! Quite different categories. I don't believe in religion, I think attaching a brand to a belief system is too limiting. If anything, I'm a Bill and Tedist - "be excellent to eachother"!
Respect for nature is the highest form of worship in my opinion. Nature is real and tangible.
