Hi,
I'm a new member here, so first up - hi to everyone.
In my younger years I made a heap of K&K brews, but they always tasted like a second rate subsitute for a "commercial" beer, so I gave up on brewing for quite a while.
Recently I went to a onsite microbrewery, Brew Brothers in Brisbane with a few of the boys and we sampled (extensively) the two beers they had on tap for drinking when we went, a Boags replica and a hoppy IPA which were both quite nice. We ended up putting down 3 batches which we are going to keg one and bottle the others this week, which will mean heaps of beer for Australia Day.
Have any of you been to one of the onsite brewers and what do you think? Good stuff?
Regards,
Steve
