Hey fellow brewers, have my 4th ag brew in the fermenter 50 ltr batch been there for two weeks at 18-22 deg.

500g crystal 40
500g wheat malt
300g munich 1
nelson sauvin @50
cascade @20
nelson sauvin @10
cascade @0
mash temp 66 deg for 60 min.
boil 60 min.

Up until 2 days ago beautiful sweet hoppy flavour and nice malt balance. Today went to take a hydrometer reading and have a taste and noticed a slight strange smell. The taste was a bit off as well a bit like off cabbage. i am really dilligent with sanitization and never had an off beer in 20 years of brewing. Hope you guys have a more pleasant theory than the dreaded Bacteria.
