Penfolds seems to be the go here :icon_cheers: Yes I'd love the recipe. Where would I get the oak from, presumably a LHBS that does distilling 'adjuncts' ?

lol, I just used penfolds cos it was cheap as chips, allthough alot of port seems to be fairly low priced...

I just got oak chips from a brewcraft store, but it turned out it was actually oak sawdust haha, chunks would be better if you can get them but if not, the sawdust works well... Only thing with using oak is you need to let the beer mature at least 3 months IMO otherwise it can have a hefty astringency...
