Greetings. Novice extract brewer from Brissy. Laid down a few drops now with predictably mixed results. Hoping to pick up a few hints and tips on this forum.

Hi there Hangover68. Brewed a pretty good Red IPA, although more by accident than design. Had some passable brews which I could drink but which I wouldn't share with people I like. Had two outright failures, one because of oxidation (?) and another because of fermentation issues (I've since purchased an Inkbird thingy). Nevertheless, I'm well and truly down the rabbit hole.
