Newcomer with a day off! Time for a brew.

Hey all!

Good to be a part able to introduce myself to the community now after lurking for a good long while. Currently BIABing in sunny Sydney and my day off means that 7am brewing is a thing! 20 mins left of my mash of a an Irish Red ale and waiting till the clock reaches a bit further round before hooking into a golden ale sitting in the keg in the fridge. Hope everyone else gets a couple in today!

Welcome, and congrats on the 7am brewing. The smell of mash in the morning is a beautiful things. Doesnt get much better.

The red came out okay. Boil cut out at 45 mins but I just let it do its thing, cooled it off and now it's bubbling away next to me.
