Just got my first Coopers Home Brew kit so going to have a crack
Any first time tips will be more than welcome
one question I have a puratap water filter system
Do I use that for brewing or Adelaide Tap water ?

welcome to the world of brewing

biggest thing is sanitization with everything that makes contact with the brew even if you think it doesnt sanitize it

you can use the filtered water , as you get further into brewing you might want to get a water analysis of your area this can be obtain free of charge from your Sa water or your local council , alot of all grain brewers use this alot..

When i was living in Adelaide i just used Adelaide water


make a check list for brew day for what you need and need to do through out the day

relax and have fun..
