Hi all,

Have started compiling all the equipment to build a single tier system. Just like these on the gallery.



I have a problem. How do you sparge and lauter at the same time using one pump.

i'm guessing that they batch sparge

I think you let the sparge water push the wort into the kettle. Once you stop pumping sparge water, you can then pump the wort if need be.

Yep, batch sparge it is.

If you wanna fly sparge you'll need a two tier system or a second pump
