Hi all,

I've been homebrewing for a couple of years now (after getting hooked on brewing at Barleycorn in Oakleigh) and I figured it was time to join the wider community.

I currently BIAB with a 30 litre pot, turning out 15 litre batches.

My temperature control is a blanket when the weather is cold and a swamp cooler when it's hot.

I have around 10 brews under my belt.
My last was a rum and oak aged chocolate stout, which I've just entered in my first competition, and I'm about to bottle a bourbon and oak aged double IPA.

Good luck in the comp, sounds delish!

Plenty of like minds about here so welcome to the fray

;)

My mate in the UK bought me a gig at Barleycorn too, for my 30th.

It was bottled the weekend of the replayed Grand final...whenever that was? A Redback copy called Whitetail.

Looks like you're getting stuck into the big stuff, good work !

Brew strong, brew often brother !
