Hi all, the names Phil.
Been wanting to brew my own beer for years but never took the plunge, so my missus bought me the coopers DIY kit for my birthday recently. It just the lager type but been bottled for a week now.
Anyway I'm looking forward to learning a lot about brewing and techniques for you guys.
