New Ag Setup.

hey everyone.
i'm going to start up a setup for a AG.
I have a list of stuff. If you think of anything else i might need please add.

2 x 70 ltr Pots for kettle and HLT.
Mill (Ibrew.com.au)
Mash Screens for my Mashtun (which i have a Techni ice 75ltr esky)
solderless fittings for the pots.
big paddle
heat resistant pipes.
2 x ring burner (not sure if i should get 1, 2, 3?)
gas pipes.
not really thinking about a chiller just yet. might go, the cool down in a bottle with the lid on, way

if anyone else could think of anything else, it would be much appreciated.

Get either a 3 or 4 ring burner if you are going the ring burner route

Hi dww,

Thermometer.
'Cube' for cool down in bottle with lid on way... AKA: No-Chill
Burner - go a 4 ring or better... + Gas bottle [2 is better]
75L Tehcni is a decent size tun - I recommend building yourself a copper manifold or go the BB Falsie...

A few that come to mind!

Where do you get "BB falsie" from?

i think there was a good youtube video on how to make a manifold with tubing. i'll have a watch of that too and see what is the best and esiest way.

...I made my own mashscreen, was OK but I replaced it with one of these beer belly esky false bottoms - can't recommend it highly enough! No stuck sparges, decent extraction etc..
(no affiliation etc etc just a happy customer)

I got a BB False bottom.. went ok the first time.. then I got the bottom for the False bottom then it went better.. before I put the bottom on it, the grain got sucked under resulting in a stuck sparge.... I hope that made sense and wasn't too much bottom talk

Beer Belly False Bottom, great piece of gear, getting better results from it already....

I bought mine from Craftbrewer and had an issue with it, Wayne asked for it to be sent back to him to be fixed within a week, great service IMO...
