Morning

Just need a few ideas if possible for an ale (DOUBLE BATCH) that'll be brewed tomorrow. I have:

Grain:
BB Ale
BB Galaxy
1kg Carared
1kg Cararoma
couple hundred grams of chocolate
couple hundred grams carafa III

Hops:

Fuggles (lots)
Cascade (lots)
Amarillo (lots)
Hallertaur Mitt (lots)
Northern Brewer (a smidgen)
Challenger (a smidgen)
Aus Super pride (a smidgen)
Saaz (a smidgen)

US 05

Any ideas? A red thing maybe?
Cheers

Bradsbrew, thanks for your idea. I ended up brewing this last Sunday, its now in the keg. :beerbang: Went with:

7kg BB Pale
2kg BB Galaxy
500gms Carared
100gms Choc

30 IBUs
10gms each of NB & Superpride @ 60
15gms Fuggles @ 20
15gms Cascade @ 10 + Whirlfloc
15gms each of Cascade & Amarillo @ 0

SO4

Mashed at 67.5 for 60.

Its smooth as (even though I just keg it last night and force carbed it this morning). The toffee aroma and flavour from the carared is delicious. Goes so well with the hops. Absolutely stoked. Glad I did a double batch and it will be on the list to definately do again.

Cheers
Steve
