Finally after looking for 3 months and missing out on smaller volume freezer's, I hit the jackpot last Saturday. A 700L beaut which was running at -8C when I went to look in Cairns, pretty good for this time of year up here. Will fit 5 fermenters easy plus the compressor hump for starters. My conical is about 2 inches too tall, but I have a bit of play in the leg length to shorten without affecting the dump valve.

Fermenters soaking now, starters ready, 5 beers to hit it tomorrow :beerbang: I brew for my Dad now as well, plus The Bunyip loves a beer :)

Cheers from a slowly drying out Port Douglas which has received 818mm of rain in the past 17 days

Well done Brett! all that waiting paid off, and that conical looks like a lil beauty as well. Maybe the HBG guys will have to come up for a party sometime now you have that sorted out :p .

The collar idea sounds good Brett... Might be a goer!
Now you'll have to get used to the tropical weather rather than Sydneys up and down weather (which is hotter now than summer)
Hope your enjoying it up there mate!

Cheers,
Andrew
