G day fella's
I read a recipe on here a while back brewing ginger beer with a can of Morgans Malt. Since then summers been put paid to some brewing for a bit and now I am starting back up with better temp control.
Can some please fill me in for what else I need besides what I ve listed
1 x malt tin (Caramalt)
1kg of goldern syrup
1 x kg brown suger
1 x sachet of CL23 premium white yeast

Some ginger might help...
personally I'd go for 1.5-2kg of fresh ginger and 2 small hot chillies diced up
Also the white wine yeast is going to make it drier than a nun's proverbial, I'd just stick with US05 (but that's up to you)

Brew more beer!

Probably a couple hundred. You don't need to learn them all. Just ask on here for recommendations.
