Hi Gents,
I brewed a Dogfish head IPA last week that requires extensive dry hopping, having made a s/s wire hop basket for the kettle, I thought "how would one go in the fermenter for dry hopping?" my logic was that if the hops were suspended in the wort with the wort able to flow around the hops as it saw fit, then all the better than having it laying in the bottom of the fermenter. Hence I give you the dry hopping basket
I sterilised it by letting it sit in my HLT for 15 min while it boiled.
I'll take a pic when I keg to let you know the outcome.
