Hey everyone, I'm a huge fan of the band Ministry and was thinking about doing an Al Jourgensen tribute beer. Obviously the name of it will be Ale Jourgensen - (if you're not familiar check em out) http://youtu.be/iJ8V-78-_hM
Here's what I've come up with so far:
1.7kg Cerveza tin (Al's originally from Cuba so it's close enough).
50g Roasted Barley - you need something black in this beer.
He got his surname from his Norwegian stepfather so maybe some Euro style hops?
A heap of dextrose - because Al was a big fan of cheap white powder too.
M44 - MJ's US West Coast yeast.
What do y'all reckon? Am I mad or can I get a decent drink out of this? I welcome your suggestions.
Cheers & beers
