Hi all.
Im finally getting around to making my first honey mead and recipe is as follows:
jasmine teabags
cardamon pods
dry ginger
1.5kg honey
champagne yeast
10 L batch
Do i ferment mead the same way as beer. (i.e) at 18 deg? and roughly how long does it take?
