Gday guys... trawling through eBay looking for stainless steel drums for no good reason this morning 
When i stumbles across this

Not a bad idea for making roasted coffee beans at all i thought
Then my head started thinking about how this would might be adapted to brew related gear like it usually does
Then it dawned on me almost straight away
Reduce the mesh size right down and turn it to a Malting drum of sorts
Of coarse i have no i intention of doing this for a long time but thought this might be another way of doing it apart from the old oven/clothes drier option
You know its bad when everything you see around you as things for making beer
