Missed my mash in temp by -6c... Forgot how this brewery worked.. but it's got a HERMS and is ramping up nicely.. currently 64.6 aiming for 66c.

Oh i love brewing.. its been so long..

I have missed the smell of that... I have the lid on the at moment so it's not so strong... but damn when i take it off
