I’ve experimenting with ciders for the past three years, using basic ingredients, using brown, light brown & raw sugars, which need be dissolved prior to the mix. Now I have created my own Brew Enhancer with Golden Light Dry Dry Malt Extract, Dextrose, Maltodextrin.
My question is how long can the brew enhancer last dissolved in apple juice, in a liquid form and still be safe to use?
